‘Game On’ was the first of two digitally led campaigns I worked on for Life Style Sports. Launched in April 2013, it engaged directly with the consumer through social channels. Users were asked to show off their sports style on Twitter and Instagram through imagery. I built a microsite to pick up any users who added the hashtag #gameon to their images on the social channels. Entries could then be moderated before being posted on the campaign microsite.
The campaign, which was a departure for Life Style Sports from their usual campaigns, saw 133% growth of their twitter following, 32,800 engagements with their brand and delivered impressions of over 2.3 million.
